How to add bullets in Powerpoint 2007?

This is the version 2007 i believe and well im suppose to add a “multi-level bulleted list” to one of my slides and i cant find where to do this…i checked the help function and it didnt say and i looked online and one website said its suppose to have a button for this but that button isnt there…..

Home >Paragraph>Bullets (the first icon) If you want change the styles of the bullets, you can click the little arrow beside Bullets icon. In default, there are eight types. Of coures, you can make bullets by yourself.
