Saving Word to PDF format, 3 ways to save word to pdf, convert word to pdf for free

There are three ways to save a word document to PDF format.

If you are currently using Office 2003, you have two choices.

First, you can convert your word file to PDF format online FOR FREE. There are bunches of websites providing this kind of service.

Advantage: Free of charge.

Defect: Time-consuming and often results faliure if you file is too large.

Second, you can convert your word file to PDF formate by software. Generally speaking, the softare will cost your a small sum of money. But there does exist some free software for this means of conversion. You can search Google for more infomation.

If you are using Office 2007, it will be easy to solve the problem.

You can edit your ready-to-convert word document as you wish,

and then click Office Buttonoffice button.gif

Choose Save as and then PDF or XPS
save as.gif

If you haven’e installed the add-in, you will be promoted to Word Help, follow my instuctions and intall the add-in

Download the add-in and intall it

Then come back to Save As. You will find that you can save your word document to PDF format.
